4. Third-Party Services and AI Models
To deliver and improve the Montra platform, we integrate with several third-party services and technologies. These partners may process limited portions of your data solely for the purpose of providing their respective functions. These include:
PostHog (analytics & session replay): Used to track feature usage, page views, error events, and user flows to help us improve the experience. This includes pseudonymized event data, browser type, and approximate location based on IP.
Fal (image and visual generation): Used to generate or enhance images and visual elements from your prompts or inputs.
ElevenLabs (text-to-speech): Used to generate AI voiceovers from scripts or generated content. Audio generation may involve sending user-submitted text to ElevenLabs’ API.
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & Amazon Web Services (AWS) (cloud infrastructure): Used for storage, compute, and secure hosting of data, media assets, and model outputs.
In all cases, we take reasonable measures to ensure that these providers maintain industry-standard data protection and confidentiality obligations. Your use of Montra’s features that depend on these services constitutes your consent to the use and sharing of data as outlined above.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to:
Provide you with the Services;
Comply with legal obligations;
Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
If you delete your account or request erasure, we will delete your data unless retention is required by law.
